Shipping Policy
Normally we ship all the order within 24 to 48 hours after receiving your order. In case of any delay in shipping, we will notify you with estimated date of shipping.
We are trying our best to deliver the best quality products to all our customers but in case of receiving any defective/damaged product, please email us to info@lowerfriction.com with product picture and type of defect/damage within 1 week of receiving product
Returns Policy
Lowerfriction/MK Impex Corp. accepts returns of unopened products (bags and containers). To avoid returning the products, we would like to advise you to call us, if you need assistance, when you place order. Customer must inform us and take our prior approval before returning the product/s.
Return Policy:
1) Return approval of unopened products must be requested within 1 week from receipt of shipment.
2) The returned product/s must arrive to us within 1 week from approval of return request.
3) 25% restock fees will be charged on all unopened returned product/s. Opened products
will not be accepted as return.
4) All return shipping fees will be paid by customer unless otherwise agreed. Customer is
advised to pack and insure the return product/s for safe arrival.
